Alan Vando

Alan is a Sr. Consultant of JAB Energy Solutions. Mr. Vando has over twenty (20) years of experience in the marine construction industry. He has been involved in the safe and economical execution of a multitude of projects ranging in value from $100k to $55MM including platform installation, pipeline and riser installation and all phases of decommissioning work (well abandonment, pipeline abandonment, platform removal and site clearance) in the Gulf of Mexico, Venezuela, Trinidad and Mexico.

Mr. Vando graduated from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering in 1991.

Brent Boudreaux

Brent is President of JAB Energy Solutions. Mr. Boudreaux has approximately 15 years of experience in the operation, management and execution of various marine equipment including heavy lift construction barges, dive support vessels and anchor handling vessels. Mr. Boudreaux has managed a variety of projects including: pipeline and riser installation, platform installation and decommissioning, sub-sea pile installation as well as hook up and construction projects.

Mr. Boudreaux graduated from McNeese State University in Lake Charles, Louisiana with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering in 1999. He obtained an MBA from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas in 2006.

Craig Griffith

Mr. Griffith is presently serving as Senior Project Consultant for JAB Energy Solutions. Mr. Griffith has over twelve (12) years experience in the marine construction industry. Mr. Griffith has planned & managed a diverse selection of projects including, pipeline and riser installation, platform installation and decommissioning, as well as hook up and construction subsea projects ranging from $1MM to $100MM. The management and execution of such projects requires the utilization of a wide variety marine equipment including pipe lay vessels, heavy lift construction barges, dive support vessels and multiservice ROV vessels.

Mr. Griffith graduated from McNeese State University in Lake Charles, LA with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering in 2000.

Dallas Davis

Mr. Davis is currently a Sr. Consultant for well abandonments at JAB Energy Solutions. Mr. Davis has approximately 10 years experience in the well construction industry as well as experience in manufacturing, production and installation of well cementing equipment on offshore platforms and drilling rigs. Mr. Davis has managed diverse, multi-national teams in projects in the US Gulf of Mexico, Angola, Singapore, UAE and South Korea with annual budgets up to $65MM.

Mr. Davis graduated from McNeese State University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 1999 and a Masters, Engineering Management from Duke University in 2000.

Jim Alexander, P.E.

Mr. Alexander is presently serving as Manager of Engineering for JAB Energy Solutions. Mr. Alexander has over sixteen (16) years of engineering and management experience in the Refining, Petrochemical and Oil & Gas Production industries. He has experience in a broad array of projects from front end development through construction. Mr. Alexander has extensive experience in capital project management, strategic planning and conceptual design from project ranging in size from $500M to $40MM.

Mr. Alexander graduated from McNeese State University in Lake Charles, LA with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering in 1994. He is currently a licensed Professional Engineer in Louisiana and Texas.

Steven Gremillion, P.E.

Mr. Gremillion is presently serving as Facilities/Process Engineer for JAB Energy Solutions. Mr. Gremillion has over seven (7) years of process engineering and design experience in the Refining, Petrochemical, and Oil & Gas Production industries. His capabilities include, but are not limited to, online facility troubleshooting and optimization, equipment process design, process simulation (experience with Hysis, UniSym, Pro II, and ProMax), and safety relief system evaluation and design (familiar with API 520/521 and ASME Sections I & VIII).

Mr. Gremillion graduated from McNeese State University in Lake Charles, LA with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering in 2004. He is currently a licensed Professional Engineer in Louisiana.
